Asmita Khullar is an Independent Label Relations Manager at Amazon Music who has dedicated her career to advocating for diversity and inclusion in the music industry. Prior to joining AM, Asmita spent four years leading the Digital Marketing department at Sony Music Masterworks, acting as the digital lead on original content campaigns for artists such as Yo-Yo Ma, Hikaru Utada, Labrinth (Euphoria an HBO Original Series Soundtrack), and Andrew Garfield (tick,tick...BOOM Soundtrack from the Netflix Film) - among others. Before her time at Sony, Asmita had her start in the music industry managing the social media properties of GRAMMY award-winning artist Wyclef Jean. Thrilled to be back in the independent space, Asmita hopes to continue empowering young, diverse musicians to take back complete creative control of their careers.
